We were there for 1 day, everything was very clean, enjoyed its unbeatable location next to a pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants, the cathedral and the railway station.

Everything here was amazing, staff and location were lovely. Good beds, Wi-Fi, terrace and balcony were a nice touch. They offered me coffee, cakes, bangers, eggs and pancakes in the morning. The beach nearby was good and the view was nice. A such wonderful stay with an amazing swimming pool👌

We went to Brasserie Excelsior for dinner, it was only 200 feet away and we were satisfied. Honestly no complains at all. Excellent home base for a city break in Reims! We loved staying at crystal:)))
